Shipping Policy: How Shipping Works at K'an Mach

This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery for orders placed with K'an Mach. Please read it together with our Terms & Conditions before placing an order. By purchasing from us, you agree to the shipping terms described on this page.

Where We Ship From

K'an Mach operates from a private studio in San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize. For security and privacy reasons, our exact studio address is not publicly listed. All orders are prepared and carefully packaged in our studio before being sent out for delivery or arranged for pickup.

Shipping Costs and Distance-Based Pricing

Shipping costs are not included in the product price unless we clearly state otherwise. The final shipping fee depends on how far your drop-off or delivery location is from our studio in San Pedro, Belize. For local deliveries, we calculate the cost based on distance, route, and method of delivery. For deliveries to other parts of Belize or international destinations, additional carrier fees, customs, or handling charges may apply. We will always inform you of the estimated shipping cost before you confirm your order so you can decide whether to proceed.

In some cases, especially for custom or larger orders, we may provide a separate shipping quote after reviewing your delivery details. Your order will only move forward once you approve the shipping cost.
