Orders, Payment & Billing: We accept standard online payments. For our Belizean clients who do not use international banking, we offer a dedicated local payment method. Simply fill out our interest form, and we will contact you to confirm your order. A local bank transfer, followed by an e-mailed screenshot of your proof of payment, will finalize your order.
Shipping & Delivery: Please be aware that shipping costs are not included in the item purchase price and will be charged separately. Shipping rates are calculated based on the distance from San Pedro, Belize, to your specified drop-off location. Local and international shipping are both available, and personal pickups may be arranged upon request. Delivery timelines depend on your destination.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds: Because K'an Mach jewelry is handcrafted and often custom-made, all sales are final and we do not issue monetary refunds. We stand by our craftsmanship; if a custom order differs from our agreed-upon design due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately. We will work diligently to adjust or repair the piece to meet our brand standards.

Ownership and Security Protocols

Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Commissioned jewelry requires a deposit and involves an extended production timeline.
Wholesale Accounts: Once a wholesaler has been officially approved by K'an Mach, they will receive their pre-agreed wholesale discount on all eligible orders.
Intellectual Property: Every design, image, and piece of content on this platform remains the exclusive property of K'an Mach.
User Accounts & Security: You maintain full responsibility for protecting the confidentiality of your account login details.
Prohibited Uses: Our website may not be utilized for any unlawful activity or to violate our intellectual property rights.
